Great service from design to fitting
We have used Hammonds several times in the past. They have always taken the time to sit with us at the design stage and discuss our needs. The order was placed and we were kept up to date with it's progress. The fitter was efficient and friendly. No issues arose with the fitting at all. We are very pleased with the final result. Highly recommend Hammonds.

Overall an excellent experience
Overall an excellent experience. Only slight snag was we never recieved confirmation of information about delivery of all the bits. This meant we nearly missed delivery but luckily manage to receive as we could make last minute arrangements. Our fitter Georgi was excellent, very thorough and communicative with us about design decisions, for example waiting to check regarding handle placement as he felt another placement was better than original design. We agreed! Overall so far very pleased with product. They look fantastic and all is working well so far.

We were very impressed with Sean. He was polite, careful and VERY hardworking. He had to take everything up two flights of stairs in hot weather. He was a tidy worker and cleared all away when he had finished. We are delighted with the results of his efforts. Many thanks Brian and Bridget Hopkinson
