Keeping you and our associates safeAll our in-home associates have been fully trained as part of our 'keeping our customers safe' programme to ensure everyone's safety.
At Hammonds, our main priority is the safety of our customers and our people. We have put in place the below safety measures to make our visits to your home, a safe one:
- We will wear PPE at all times during our visit
- Adhere to the 2m social distancing rule
- Regularly wash and sanitise hands
- Try and limit (where possible) the length of time we are in your home
In order to improve the service to our customers, if you need to get in contact with us about anything regarding your order, design appointment or just a general question, please log onto your MyAccount and fill out the form within the contact us section and a member of our customer service team will contact you as quickly as possible.

Great service from design to fitting
We have used Hammonds several times in the past. They have always taken the time to sit with us at the design stage and discuss our needs. The order was placed and we were kept up to date with it's progress. The fitter was efficient and friendly. No issues arose with the fitting at all. We are very pleased with the final result. Highly recommend Hammonds.

We were very impressed with Sean
We were very impressed with Sean. He was polite, careful and VERY hardworking. He had to take everything up two flights of stairs in hot weather. He was a tidy worker and cleared all away when he had finished. We are delighted with the results of his efforts. Many thanks Brian and Bridget Hopkinson

Our fitter Bogdan was professional from start to finish. On time, hard working, areas of work kept clean as far possible and kept us informed of any changes to ensure our complete satisfaction, and cleaned entire work area on completion, would highly recommend.

The quality of design and installation really deserve the top rating I am proud to give. The attention to detail and pride in Allan's work, I am lucky to be his customer. I knew I was in safe hands. Great Fitter but tarnished by area manager visit.
Darren, the fitter was excellent and he did a great job. Why though did we have to have a visit from the Area manager for reasons we are still not clear. From a customer perspective he added no value and only stopped the fitter working for c30mins. Hammonds should not impose these visits on customers!

Helen was punctual
Helen was punctual, flexible, in tune with my needs and worked within my time frame to do the design. I was less impressed by the finance company for interest free credit and eventually gave up and paid cash:(
