Fantastic fitter - would highly recommended!
Piotr did a fantastic job of our wardrobe installation! He was punctual, polite, tided up after himself, engaged with us throughout the process and was conscientious.

On the whole very pleased with…
On the whole very pleased with wardrobes. The people who carried out the initial appointment survey & installation were courteous & helpful. The quality & look are excellent. Just a couple of niggles... 1. Disappointing that the spacing of the shelves isn't variable 2. The delivery of the product let the others down. The delivery driver was not very helpful & left everything outside in the rain. Luckily it was well packaged but a friend helped me carry much of it inside & cover the rest with his tarpaulin. 3. In general i don't feel that i live in a small house with limited storage for the product & the fitter to work was communicated. It wasn't possible or realistic to completely clear the room but the fitter was very accommodating & obliging 4. There is a small uneven gap between the bottom of the half door & sill of the false bottom which is annoying. The fitter Joe did his best to fix this but it's a shame.

The fitters were great. The design was bland and does not excite. Some of the customer service were abrupt.

Good communication and quality products
Hammonds were very informative, their team members were punctual and contacted me to confirm appointments. The day for fitting the fitter called with an eta, Jack was very thorough asking me for decisions where necessary. The finished under stairs storage is very good quality, well fitted.

Hammonds were very efficient in booking an appointment to discuss options. Very informative and helpful. Were very good on the price and couldn't do enough to help you get what you wanted. Have just placed the order and are awaiting the survey appointment.

I have to say that dealing with the whole Hammonds experience from the initial visit by Mac and his excellent assistant for quotation and advising on their beautiful products through to keeping their delivery promise to the day and the subsequent fitting of wardrobes and furniture to our three bedrooms has been an utter pleasure . The two fitters Ian and Mark are master craftsmen and when I came home from work I was excited to view the finished product. I was not disappointed they were superb. 100% satisfied so so glad we went for top quality and not the price . One gets what you pay for !! Contact Hammond’s now you will not find a better job well done 10/10👍👍

Wardrobes …
Easy to deal with all members of the team. Everything followed up when you said you would. Calls ahead of visits/fitting nice touch. My fitter Bailey was great. Linked in with me for any questions for clarity. Made sure all happy before he left and did a great job of clearing up including taking all the rubbish away.

Delighted
Rob the designer was fab, no pressure to buy. Steve the fitter did an amazing job in less time than originally stated. Talked me through each step and made suggestions about what would look better in what was a very awkward space. Thrilled to bits with the whole journey with Hammonds.

The designer did not try to push for a…
The designer did not try to push for a hard sell, as some of his competitors are doing. He took time to design, consider options, and listened to the requirements. The only constructive feedback is that he could not give me the measurements, such as the depth of the units, which was disappointing as you would expect him to know these kinds of details. However, all together, the experience was positive and ended in a sale.
